West Post Oak Cemetery, Lamar County, Texas
LOCATION: West Post Oak Cemetery is located in the northwest quadrant of the county. It is in Block 14 of the Lamar County Road Map produced by American Drafting and Services revised December 1993.
DIRECTIONS: The cemetery is about 2 miles due south of the Belk community or about 3 miles from the intersection of Farm Market Road 1499 and Farm Market Road 197 on County Road 35610.
GPS COORDINATES: 33° 48' 50" N, -95° 42' 53" W

OLDEST KNOWN BURIAL: The oldest known grave is that of Josephine Garrett, who died 11 Jul 1869.
NUMBER OF GRAVES: There are 452 known graves in the cemetery. (July 2017)
SIGNS/MARKERS: There is a state highway marker for the cemetery.
