LOCATION: Huff Cemetery is located in the southeast quadrant of the county. It is on County Road 13300 in Block 42 of the Lamar County Road Map produced by American Drafting and Services revised December 1993. DIRECTIONS: From the traffic signal in Reno on Hwy 82, take Hwy 82 easterly for 1.6 miles to the intersection with FM 2121. Take FM 2121 south for 2.2 miles to the intersection with CR 13200. Take CR 13200 south for 2.1 miles to the intersection with CR 13300, Take CR 13300 west for 1.3 miles and in the second large curve stop and park. The rest is walking. (GPS coordinates at this point are 33.61190 Latitude and 95.43016 Longitude. ) The cemetery is 777 yards northeast of this point. GPS COORDINATES: 33° 36' 44.3772" N, 95° 25' 48.576" W
(33.61404 Latitude and -95.42350 Longitude)OLDEST KNOWN BURIAL: The oldest inscribed grave is that of Nancy Padon who died 25 Oct 1857. NUMBER OF GRAVES: There are 12 known graves in the cemetery. (July 2017) SIGNS/MARKERS: There is not a state highway marker for the cemetery. LAST ENUMERATION: The cemetery was recorded by Elizabeth Booth. The cemetery was revisited by Butch and Betsy Mills and Carmen Burks in May 1993 who then found three more graves not in the original records. ADD'L INFORMATION: There is no proven name for the graveyard and it is given this name by Elizabeth Booth. At present there are 13 graves. The following persons are known to be buried here: Ro??? E. Bills 11 Apr 1860 - 6 Apr 1863, Harry L. Ferges 19 Dec 1857 - 3 Sep 1861, J. W. Ferges 24 Aug 1857 - 24 Apr 1860, Elizabeth H. Harrison 1 Jun 1801 - 8 Aug 1865, John P. Harrison 19 Jun 1801 - 3 Apr 1862, Ada B. Huff 18 Jun 1853 - 17 Oct 1875, Adolphus Huff 16 Jan 1843 - 7 Feb 1874, Cordelia F. Huff 24 Mar 1848 - 3 Oct 1872, Felix Daniel Huff 25 Jun 1844 - 21 Jul 1865, Leodicy Cardin Huff 1 Oct 1814 - 1907, Pinckney Huff 26 May 1814 - 17 Jul 1873, Nancy Padon 15 May 1927 - 25 Oct 1857, and Mary J.
