LOCATION: The actual location of Clark Cemetery is not known. It would be in Block 20 of the Lamar County Road Map produced by American Drafting and Services revised December 1993. DIRECTIONS: The exact road directions are not known. GPS COORDINATES: Not available. OLDEST KNOWN BURIAL: The oldest inscribed grave is that of W. C. Clark who died 19 Oct 1878. NUMBER OF GRAVES: There only one grave legible in the cemetery. (July 2017) SIGNS/MARKERS: There is not a state highway marker for the cemetery. LAST ENUMERATION: Has not been enumerated. ADD'L INFORMATION: From LOST, ABANDONED, FAMILY and SMALL COMMUNITY CEMETERIES, a compilation of cemetery listings copied between 1930 and 1965, published and edited by Patricia Armstrong Newhouse, Honey Grove, TX: 'Located north of Tigertown on property known in the 1960's as the Gus Hutchinson place, the land grant map shows it to be on land originally granted to W. C. Clark. There are a number of broken and crumbled stones with names and dates destroyed.' The only grave legible was that of W. C. Clark who died 19 Oct 1878. The compiler of these records has been unable to find land granted to W. C. Clark. There is however, land granted to Horace F. Clark north of Tigertown.
