THE PARIS NEWS, Fri, Jan 15, 1960, p. 4: "Baker Funeral. Paris News Service. CLARKSVILLE - The funeral of Miss Nancy Katherine Baker of Clarksville, who died in Red River County Hospital January 10, was held at Clarksville Funeral Home. The Rev. Wade Freeman of First Baptist Church here officiated, and burial was made in Minter Cemetery, near Deport. Bearers were Tump Waldrep, Kenneth Sheppard, Lucian Reed, Calvin Branson, Floyd Ables and Ira Giddens. Miss Baker, born in Alabama, had been a member of the Presbyterian Church at Comanche, before coming to Clarksville, six years ago. She was the sister of 0. B. Baker, Wichita Falls, other survivors being several nieces and nephews, including Mrs. Faye Green, Clarksville, and Bob Baker, Mt, Vernon."
