Information from Funeral Home: David Patrick Ullrich. August 8, 1976 - July 17, 2024. David Patrick "Super Dave" Ullich, age, 47 of Dallas, TX, passed away on July 17, 2024. Born August 5, in Dallas, TX, David was a beloved figure in his community and a cherished member of his family. David had a zest for life and was well known for his love of games, ranging from spades and dominoes to video games like Mario and Mass Effect. His sharp wit, immense intelligence, and generous spirit made him a joy to be around. David had a profound love for his family, particularly his four children, and was deeply devoted to the various cats he had throughout his life, most recently, Pierre. His kindness extended not only to his family and friends but also to animals. An alumnus of Prince of Peace Catholic School at Mount Saint Michael, David was also a member of Boy Scout Troop 21 in his youth where he achieved the rank of "Life". He maintained strong ties to his Catholic faith community and participated in the Celebrate Recovery program. In David's later years, he faithfully served his local Oxford House chapter and its members in a variety of capacities. David is survived by his mother, Susan Bastinelli; father, and stepmother, Louis and Judy Ullrich; children, Kevin Ullirich, Mary Cantrell, Natalie Ullrich, and Ethan Ullrich; siblings, Brian Ullrich(Racheal), Jennifer Hecker (Dan), Irene Allen (Jim), Meredith Schnitzius (Matt) and Dominic Bastinelli (Mark); nieces and nephews, Austin Bastinelli, Ashley Hecker, Issac Hecker, Nicholas Ullrich, Olvia Hecker, and Robert Schnitzius; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were like family, including his best buddies, Patrick Vaughn and Missi Roe, and his devoted girlfriend, Jennifer Ragsdale. David was preceded in death by his grandparents and sister, Sarah Jane. A funeral service to celebrate David's life will be held on August 5, 2024, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 3300 Clarksville St., Paris, TX A Rosary will be held at 10 AM, followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Attendees are invited to join the family for lunch and sharing in the parish fellowship hall after the service. A private family interment will take place thereafter.
