Frances Thomas, 93, of Honey Grove, TX passed away Monday February 16, 2015 at Paris Regional Medical Center, Paris, TX. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday February 18, 2015 in the Hickory Grove Cemetery south of Petty, TX with her son, Mr. Dale Thomas presiding and assisted by Bro. Kerry Adamek. Family visitation will be from 12:00-1:30 P.M. at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home, Honey Grove, TX. Her Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers. Frances Thomas was born April 13, 1921 to Elver Dee and Leone Lee (Lynn) Cunningham in Rock Hill Community near Honey Grove. She married J.D. (Dutch) Thomas on August 14th, 1943 in the Rock Hill Community, and was a homemaker and a member of the Methodist Church. Mr. Thomas preceded her in death in 2005. Mrs. Thomas is survived by son Dale and wife Nancy of Jacksboro, TX; daughter Sandra and husband Craig Ingram of Talco, TX; five grandsons: Brett Thomas, Kevin Thomas, Tony Thomas, Chad Ingram and Brad Ingram; seven Great Grandchildren: Maci Thomas, Kari Lynn Thomas, Dylan Thomas, Brady Ingram, Kobe Thomas, Breanna Harvey, Leland Harvey and Paul Ingram. She is also survived by special caregiver, Ruthie Clark. Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. The family asked that any donations in her memory be made to the Roxton Volunteer Fire Dept. or Hickory Grove Cemetery Association.
