| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, April 12, 2016: "Jack L. Ballard, 62 of Texarkana, Texas, passed away April 10, 2016, in a Dallas hospital. Mr. Ballard was born Feb. 2, 1954, in Deport, Texas. He was a member of the Gideons, retired from American Electric Power, member of Richmond Rd. Baptist Church and a former realtor. Survivors include his wife, Glenda Ballard, of Texarkana, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Marlena and Josh Coco, of Florida; son, Jordan Ballard, of Washington, D.C.; and Godson, Peter Egorov, of Texarkana, Texas. Service will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at East Memorial Chapel - Moores Lane, with the Rev. Josh McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery, Pattonville, Texas, under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane. Family will receive friends from 5:30-7 p.m. this evening at the funeral home.
