THE PARIS NEWS, Monday, April 9, 1934, p. 8: “MRS. LULA INGRAM DIES IN DALLAS. Paris Womas To Be Brought Here For Burial Tuesday Afternoon. Mrs. Lula Ingram, widow of Luke Ingram died at 10 o’clock on Monday morning in Dallas at the home of her son Tom Wilson. The body will be brought overland here, funeral services to be held at 1:30 o’clock Tuesday afternoon at the Manton-Fry funeral chapel with burial at Evergreen cemetery. She is survived by two sons by a former marriage, Tom Wilson of Dallas and Frank Wilson, general passenger agent of the Texas and Pacific railroad at Texarkana. She also leaves three brothers and a sister, besides two grandsons. Mrs. Ingram who lived here on Lamar road had been in failing health for some time. She went to Dallas with friends on Easter Sunday to visit her son, and was taken worse while there.”
