| Notes Information from Maxey Funeral Home: Larry Darnell Battle, 71, of Paris passed away on January 14, 2022, at his home. Memorial services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Monday, January 17, 2022, in Maxey Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Joe Liggins will officiate services. Information from Funeral bulletin: Larry Darnell Battle lovingly known as "Uncle Buck" was born December 19, 1950, to the parentage of the late Herchel and Clarene McQueen Battle. He was a 1969 graduate of West Lamar High School and employee of Paris Golf and Country Club for thirty years. He was a United States Air Force Veteran after serving 8 years. He will be dearly missed by all. He entered eternal rest on January 14, 2022. Born to the parentage of late Herchel & Clarene McQueen Battle. He was a 1969 graduate of Paris High School. Veteran of the United States Air Force. Employee of the Paris Golf & Country Club. Cremation by Maxey Funeral Home. |
