| Notes Joyce Loraine Brown was born in Paris, TX on September 17, 1954 to the late Esther J. Rollerson and the late Arthur E. White. Shew as called to her heavenly home on Saturday, April 23, 2011. Joyce received here education at Paris Public Schools. She accepted Christ at an early age. As a former member of the Greater Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Pastor Richard Jones, Jr., she served as a youth leader, Sunday School teacher, choir member and musician. At the time of her death, she was a member of the Mr. Canaan Baptist Church, Pastor James Spears, serving as musician, Sunday School teacher and youth leader. Joyce was employed in the midical profession for 20 years and retired from DuBuis Health Systems in 2008. She never met a stranger. Anyone who knew her, love her. She was "The Diva.: She was united in holy matrimony to David L. Brown on December 11, 1971. David remarks it was the best 40 years of his life. To this union was born one son, who preceded her in death Even though Joyce had no other biological children, she was mother and mentor to many children in and around her community. She leaves to cherish her memories, a devoted husband, David L. Brown, one son, Ramon Booker, beloved uncle, Billy J. Rollerson; father and mother-in-law, L.E. amd Lizzy Brown; six sisters, Beverly (Gerald) Powell, Dallas, Sheila Rollergo, Wylie TX, Mamie(Fred) Bookins, Garland, Mark White, Paris, Fred Morris, Las Vegas NV; one granddaughter, Savanna Information from Thelma Dangerfield, msty3505@att.net, 7/20/2021: Born to Arthur E.
