THE PARIS NEWS, Friday, April 11, 1941, p. 2: “MRS. D. D. BABB. Mrs. Maude H. Babb, wife of D. D. Babb of Little Rock, Ark., died at 11:30 p.m. Thursday at the Sanitarium of Paris where she had come about 10 days ago for treatment. She was born December 15,1888, at Alma, Ark. Manton-Fry Funeral Home took the body Friday afternoon to Little Rock Ark., for burial, funeral service to be held probably Saturday.”
