THE PARIS NEWS, Apr. 14, 2010: “James Lewis Tatum, 56, of Paris died Monday, April 12, 2010, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Funeral services are set for 10 a.m. Thursday, April 15, in the chapel of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home. Burial follows in Little Vine Cemetery. Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements. The family receives friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. He was born Jan. 24, 1954, in Paris to Charles and Mary Ann Sikes Tatum. He was a driver for automobile wrecker services and had been a tire salesman at automotive stores. He married Anna Marie Allen March 28, 2001, in Paris. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Jamie Lee Tatum; and one grandchild, Mackenzie Norman. He is survived by his wife, Anna Tatum of Paris; two children, Charles Russell Tatum and wife, Linda, and Melissa Anne Tatum, all of Dallas; six grandchildren; one sister, Cindy Adams and husband, Lance, of Arlington; one niece; and two nephews. Pallbearers are Charles Sikes, Charles ‘Chris’ Sikes, Billy Frank Sikes, Little Bill Sikes, Richard Sikes, Brandon Izzarelli, Justin Watson and Brandon Steed.
