| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Friday, June 1, 2018, page 3: “Roy Lee Turner, 90 of Pleasantville, New York, formerly of Paris, passed away at his home, Monday, May 28, 2018. Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 10 a.m., Monday, June 4, 2018, at Providence Cemetery, with the Rev. Mike Clark officiating. Roy was preceded in death by his wife, Dorsie Jean Turner. Survivors include his children, Gary Lee Turner, Joyce Ballard and Dennis Roy Turner; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He proudly worked his entire life, since graduating high school, in the oil and gas production field. Roy was a hard worker, good father and a good man. He will be greatly missed.
