| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Sunday, September 7, 1997, p. 6: “Ganet Bishop, 20, of Blossom died Saturday at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. Services are pending with Bright-Holland Funeral Home.” THE PARIS NEWS, Monday, September 8, 1997, p. 14: “GANET ANN BISHOP. Ganet Ann Bishop, 10, of Blossom died Saturday Sept. 6, 1997, at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. Bright-Holland Funeral Home conducted services at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 8, at Blossom Church of God with the Rev. Larry Bridges officiating. Burial was in Knights of Honor Cemetery. She was born Dec. 25, 1986. She was a student at Blossom Elementary School where she was in the fourth grade and was active in junior church and Sunday school. Surviving are her parents, Ronald and Brenda Yates Bishop of Blossom; four brothers, Thomas, Weldon, Tim and Ronald Bishop Jr., seven sisters, Shannon Dill of Blossom, Joy, April, Tiffany, Rose, Erica and Nikki Bishop, all of Blossom; three grandparents and her foster mother, Dodi Reves of Missouri. Pallbearers were Tim, Runt, Sammy, Toby, Darrell, Weldon and Thomas Bishop.” |
