| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Wednesday, January 11, 2017: “Cynthia Jo Baker, 90 of Paris, died at 1:25 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 9, 2017, at Stillhouse Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Miss Baker was born July 29, 1926, in Lamar County, Texas, to LeRoy Briand and Ethel Viola Reaves Baker. She was a homemaker and member of the Baptist faith. She is survived by one sister, Nellie Baker Morgan and several nieces; nephews; and other extended family. Miss Baker was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Wilma Baker Hoffman, Jonnie Baker Norman, Agnes Viola Baker, and Carrie Baker Kitchens; and one brother, LeRoy B.
