THE PARIS NEWS, Jan. 08, 2010: “Herman Bills, 79, of Paris died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, at Palestine Baptist Church with Rev. Harold Washington officiating. Interment is to be in Palestine Cemetery in Novice. Maxey Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.”
