THE PARIS NEWS, Thursday, October 1, 1953, p. 20: "Barr Infant. Sammy Lee, 11-day old son of Loyce and Pauline Barr, 460-5th NE, who died Tuesday was buried Wednesday in Benevolent Cemetery in Northeast Paris. Graveside services were held and William Maxey Funeral Home made internment. Surviving besides the parents are a sister, Dorothy Jane, and three brothers, Louis Gene, John Robert and William Andrew Barr."
