THE PARIS NEWS, Oct. 14, 2009: “HUGO, Okla., Lester Banks, 90, of Hugo, Okla., died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at South Central District Building with Rev. Garry Brown officiating. Interment follows in Pleasant Hill Cemetery [Choctaw County, Oklahoma] under the direction of Rogan Funeral Home. The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at the funeral home.”
