THE PARIS NEWS, July 22, 2009: “HUGO, Okla., Toby Dwain Brown, 22, of Hugo, Okla., died Monday, July 20, 2009. Funeral services are set for 10 a.m. Friday, July 24, at Victory Life Church with pastor, George Shaw, pastor Randy Mayfield and Bro. Rick Smith officiating. Interment follows in Shoat Springs under the direction of Mount Olive Funeral Home. The family receives friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.”
