THE PARIS NEWS, Aug. 21, 2008: "HUGO, Okla., Elsie M. Bell, 92, of Soper, Okla., died Tuesday, Aug. 19, in Hugo, Okla. Graveside services are set for 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22, at Soper Cemetery under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home. The family receives friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home."
