| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Aug. 31, 2007: "HUGO, Okla., Carol Boykin passed away Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2007, at Baptist Intergis Hospital of Oklahoma City, Okla. Funeral services are set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, at Soper Gymnasium, Soper, Okla., with Bro. Jonathan Hooker and Bro. Doug McClure officiating. Interment follows in Soper Cemetery under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home in Hugo. The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. She was born on Oct. 21, 1946, Oklahoma City, Okla. She is preceded in death by her father, Al Hoff. Surviving relatives include her husband of 45 years, Vance Boykin; her mother and stepfather, Naomi and Jack Furney; one daughter, Vicki Salmon and husband, Ricky, of Arapaho, Okla.; one son, Sam Boykin and wife, Jana, of Hugo, Okla.; three granddaughters, Kayla Salmon of Arapaho and Rachel and Rebeckah Boykin of Hugo; two grandsons, Josh Salmon of Arapaho, and Ethan Boykin of Hugo; one great-grandson, Kaden Salmon of Arapaho; three brothers, David Hoff of Moore, Okla., Albert Hoff of Soper, Okla., and Donny Hoff of Blanchard, Okla.; four sisters, Linda Burgess of Moore, Sharon Ary of Madill, Okla., Debbie Calhoun of Edmond, Louise Hoff of Oklahoma City and numerous nieces and nephews." |
