| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, July 13, 2007: "NASH, Shirley Jean Williams Bergt, 55, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, July 12, 2007, at her residence. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, July 14, in the Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Myrick officiating. Burial follows in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens. The family receives friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The family will be at 101 Alan Street. She was born Dec. 8, 1951, in Paris, and had lived in Texarkana for the past 33 years. She was an employee of Walsh Lumpkin Pharmaceutical Company and was a member of the Buchanan United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Richard Wayne Bergt of Texarkana; a daughter, Jennifer Lollar of Texarkana; a son, Justin Thompson of Texarkana; a stepdaughter and her husband, Michelle and Stephen Eldridge of Bentonville, Ark.; a stepson, Michael Bergt of Orlando, Fla.; two sisters and their husbands, Connie and Prentice Shoemate and Pat and Jerry Loven, all of Paris; a brother and his wife, Jimmy and Mary Williams of Mesquite; a step-brother and his wife: Dr. Earl and Marie Thornhill of Austin; two grandchildren, Dylan Lollar and Gracie Garren; three step-grandchildren, Austin Shanley, Ryan Garren and Bryan Garren and a number of nieces and nephews. If desired, those wishing to memorialize Mrs. Bergt may make contributions to the American Cancer Society, 5501 Plaza Drive, Texarkana, TX 75503 or to the W.
