THE PARIS NEWS, May 28, 2010: “HUGO, Okla., Jerelene Dorothy Booth, 66, of Reno died Thursday, May 27, 2010, in Reno. Graveside services are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, May 29, at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Hugo with Bro. David Ballard officiating. Miller & Miller Funeral Home of Hugo has charge of arrangements. The family receives friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 28, at the funeral home. She was born Oct. 3, 1943, in Hugo, Okla., the daughter of Cecil Davis and Edith Maynard Davis and lived in the Reno area for 23 years. She was a wonderful mother and sister and was always looking out for everyone else. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, going to the lake and garage sales. She loved baking cakes and cooking, which meant Thanksgiving was always at her house. She had been a factory worker as well. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Bobby Ray Davis. She is survived by one son, Jerry Booth of Grant, Okla.; three daughters, Rebecca Conrad of Detroit, Sharlene Benningfield of Detroit and Sharon Jackson of Reno; three sisters, Judy Vaughn of Powderly, Lajaun McDaniel and Remonia Wyrick, both of Hugo, Okla.; two brothers, Bud and Harold Davis, both of Hugo, Okla.; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; along with other family and friends.” Transcribed by Debra Usry.
