THE PARIS NEWS, Monday, November 27, 1997, page 4B:  "Fred William Boone, Hugo, Okla. - Fred William Boone, 81, of Hugo died Saturday, Oct. 25, 1997. He was retired as a mechanical carman with Frisco Railroad. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, at Hugo Church of Christ with Jamie Boone and Scott Dutton officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery by Prater-Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home. The family will received friends from 7-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Surviving are his wife, Juanita; three sons, Larry Boone of Marshall, Texas, Franky Boone of League City, Texas and Gary Boone of Longview, Texas; a daughter, Shirley Cooley of Hugo; a brother Joe Boone of Las Cruces, N.M.; a sister, Mildred Corley of Albuquerque, N.M.; 16 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren."

 Information from Lawrence and Sue Dale, Blossom, TX, sdale@suddenlink.net:  Fred was  b. 13 Aug 1916 in Choctaw County, Oklahoma; d. 25 Oct 1997.  Parents: J. H. and Emma Boone.  Fred William Boone married Juanita Ozell Hutchings on 17 Jan 1936 in Antlers, Pushmataha County, Oklahoma.
