THE PARIS NEWS, Jun. 05, 2005: "Bobby Lucas Tolbert, 73, of Paris passed away Thursday, June 2, 2005, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Graveside services are set for 10 a.m. Monday, June 6, at Evergreen Cemetery with Bro. Patrick Cannon officiating. The family receives friends at their home. She was born Nov. 27, 1931, in Dundee, Okla., the daughter of Jessie Orsen and Mary Ellen Sullivan Lucas. She graduated from high school in Dundee, and moved to Paris where she married Wayne C. Tolbert on Aug. 28, 1954. She worked 30 years at Liberty National Bank and was a member of Lamar Avenue Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Wayne C. Tolbert; two daughters, Mitzi Tolbert of Dallas and Marla Blurton and husband, Billy, of Cedar Hill; one granddaughter, Ashley Exum of Cedar Hill; mother-in-law, Robbie Tolbert of Paris; one sister, Opal Hogue of Port Allen, La.; and several nieces and nephews. Honorary pallbearers are Billy Blurton, Hershell Barnes, Ricky Lucas, Robert Henson, Jewel Evers, Cleve Fendley and David Sherron. If desired, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, Ohio 44720.’
