THE PARIS NEWS, Nov. 15, 2005: 'CHANDLER, Okla., Morris Alton Taylor, 79, of Chandler, Okla., died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005, in Chandler. Funeral services are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, at Barks Brothers Funeral Home in Chandler. He was born May 14, 1926, to Marion Emmitt Taylor and Ola May Morris Taylor. He was retired from Southwestern Bell of Houston after 33 years of service with them. He also served in the U.S. Navy as a medical corpsman during World War II and recalled during the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by a son, Mark, who died in May 2000, in San Diego, Calif. He is survived by his wife, Vaughn, of Chandler; one daughter, Marilyn Olsen of Fresno, Calif.; two sons, Paul of Flint, Mich., and Lee of Albuquerque, N.M.; and a brother, Harrell Taylor of Paris.'
