| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Dec. 07, 2005: 'PHOENIX, Ariz., Willie J. Thomas, 80, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Paris, died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005, in Phoenix. Funeral services are set for Saturday, Dec. 10, in Phoenix under the direction of Webber's East Lake Mortuary. He was born July 4, 1925, in Lamar County, the son of John and Anner Thomas. He was preceded in death by one daughter. Survivors include his wife and one son of Phoenix; five sisters, Johnnie M. West, Mamie Council, Catherine Alexander and Dorothy Wood, all of Paris, and Maud E. Wallace of Dallas; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.' |
