| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Jun. 12, 2005: 'COOPER, Anetha Maude Burden, 61, of Cooper passed away Friday, June 10, 2005, at Presbyterian Hospital in Greenville. Funeral services are set for 1 p.m. Sunday, June 12, at Delta Funeral Home Chapel with Terry Bryan officiating. Interment follows in Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of Delta Funeral Home. She was born Sept. 7, 1945, in Houston. She was the daughter of Jess Harold Collard and Margaret Louise Ballentine. In 1962, she married Billy Wayne Burden Sr. and he preceded her in death on March 10, 1993. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Alisa Janes, May 10, 1986; and a sister, Linda Wyrick, Aug. 2, 1996. She is survived by a son, Billy Burden Jr. of Pecan Gap; a daughter, Charlotte Larue of Brookston; two brothers, Harold Collard of Houston and Randy Collard of Cooper; two sisters, Carolyn McCarrell of Cooper and Jo Ann Atterberry of Cooper; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.' |
