| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, June 24, 2004: "Virginia Estella Bass, 87, of Paris passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2004, in Paris. Funeral services are scheduled for noon Saturday, June 26, at Oak Hill Baptist Church with Dr. John Junior Ellis from Richmond, Va., officiating. Burial will follow in Reece Chapel Cemetery in Novice under the direction of Citizen Funeral Home of Clarksville. Better known as Aunt Wee, she was born July 26, 1916, in Slate Shoals. She was a very well-known lady. She was also a member of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church. She will be greatly missed until the day we meet her again in heaven. Proverbs 31:28 ’...and her children know she is better than blessed.'" |
