THE PARIS NEWS, Oct. 29, 2003: 'COOPER, William 'Bill' Taylor, formerly of Dallas, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2003, in Paris. Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, in the Delta Funeral Home Chapel in Cooper with the Rev. Gary Regan officiating. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. in Restland Cemetery in Dallas. He was born Nov. 16, 1918, in Ladonia, the son of George Taylor and Alberta Bomar Taylor. He married Francyle Hall in 1941. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Pacific. He was retired from General Aluminum and Overhead Door Co. in Dallas. He was a member of the Chapel Hill Methodist Church in Dallas. Survivors include his wife, Francyle Taylor of Cooper and three nephews, Taylor Waller, Billy George Waller Jr. and Billy Garth Moon. If desired, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Cooper or the Chapel Hill Methodist Church in Dallas.'
