THE PARIS NEWS, Nov. 18, 2003: 'HUGO, Okla., Richard Holbrook Biard, 93, of Hugo, Okla., died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2003. Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, in First Christian Church in Hugo. Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home in Hugo.'
