| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Apr. 12, 2002: "Maella Black, 87, of Paris died Tuesday, April 9, 2002. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2002 in the Maxey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. R. L. Gray officiating. Burial will be in the Fairland-Littlejohn Cemetery. She was born on April 16, 1914 in Lamar County. Survivors include her son, Jessie Black of Paris; two daughters, Katherine Black and Dorothy Adkism both of Paris; four brothers, Ed Lattimore of Caviness, Otha Lattimore, Peter Lattimore of Paris, Paul Lattimore of Hugo, Okla.; seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. www.legacy.com" THE PARIS NEWS, Apr. 14, 2002: "Maella Black, 87 of 1640 W.
