THE PARIS NEWS, Mar. 31, 2002: 'HUGO, Okla., Randy Bailey, 44, of Grant, Okla., died Thursday, March 28, 2002 in Hugo. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, April 1 at First Baptist Church in Hugo. Choctaw Chief Gregory Pyle, Dr. Bill Hill, and the Revs. Otis Cayton and Mike Armes will officiate. Burial will be in Grant Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, March 31 at Prater, Lampton, Mills and Coffey Funeral Chapel in Hugo. He was born Feb. 26, 1958 to William H. and Elsie Marie Foster Bailey in Hugo. He had lived in the Grant area all of his life and was a member of the Grant Baptist Church. He was director of agriculture for the Choctaw Nation. He devoted his life to helping other people any way that he could. Survivors include his mother, Marie Bailey of Grant; two brothers, Assistant Choctaw Nation Chief Mike Bailey of Durant, Okla., and Billy Bailey of Childers, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, William H. Bailey and his grandmother, Elsie G. Rolen. He will truly be missed by all that loved and knew him. Donations may be made to the Randy Bailey Scholarship Fund at the Security Bank in Hugo.'
