| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Monday, February 19, 2001: 'Richard James Bishop Sr., 72, died Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2001 at his home in Rosamond, Calif. He was the husband of the former Jo Ann Middleton of Hugo, Okla. Memorial services were held Saturday, Feb. 10 at the Mojave Elks Lodge 2059 where he had served as exalted ruler. Surviving are his wife; two children, a daughter, Susan A. Cavan of Rosamond; a son, Richard James Bishop Sr. of California City; five grandchildren; a brother, Clarence C. Bishop of Fancy Farm., Ky. and a sister, Jeanette Paris of Kirkville, N.Y.' Birth year is calculated. |
