THE PARIS NEWS, Sunday, November 19, 2000: 'Funeral services for Aileen Bean, 84, of Longview, will be 10 a.m., Monday, in the Chapel of the Rader Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Moore officiating. Burial is in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Mrs. Bean died Friday, Nov. 17, 2000, in Longview. She was born Dec. 26, 1915, and had been a resident of Longview for 40 years. She was a retired beautician and a member of the Greggton First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Bean; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Ford of Paris; one brother, Morris Ford of Paris; and one sister, Mrs. Lomay Young of Houston. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Charles and Margaret Williams, Carl and Marian Baker of Longview; five grandchildren, Sammy Williams and wife Jeannie of Longview, Kay Williams McWherter and husband Mark of Georgetown, Julie Williams Henderson and husband Gary of Seattle, Wash., Mark Baker and wife Karen of Longview, Carolyn Baker McCord and husband Doug of Phoenix, Ariz.; six great-grandchildren, Nathan, Ryan and Nolan McWherter, Kelsey, Stephanie and Kenneth Williams. She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Edith Westbrook of Paris; one brother, N.A. Ford and wife Ailene of Odessa; and several nieces. The family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, 4425 W. Airport Freeway, Suite 130, Irving, Tex. 75062.'
