THE PARIS NEWS, Friday, September 29, 2000, page 11A: 'DEPORT - Raelene Isbell, 47, of Clarksville died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2000, in East Texas Medical Center, Clarksville. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, in First Baptist Church of Deport with the Rev. C.G. Renfro officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery by Wood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends beginning at 7 p.m. Friday. She was born April 12, 1953, in Paris to A.B. and Delores Carter Spann. She married Jimmy Isbell April 9, 1977, in Deport. She was employed by Bullington Drug Store for the past eight years and was a graduate of Prairiland High School. Surviving are her husband, Jimmy; her daughter and son, Denise Isbell and David Isbell, both of Clarksville; her parents, A.B. and Delores Spann of Paris; one brother, Chris Spann and his wife, Joanna of Paris; four sisters, Carlene Roberts and her husband Rick of Katy, Mary Lynn Cole and her husband, Donald Ray of Rockwall, Cathy Forbis and her husband James of Reno, and Phillis Kilgore and her husband, Richard of Deport; her mother and father-in-law, Vivian and Gordon Isbell of Deport; a sister-in-law, Glenda Jones and husband Kenneth of Rockwall; three aunts, Lola Jackson and Gene Poteet of Paris, and Virginia Earley of Clarskville; and numerous nieces and nephews.'
