| Notes THE DETROIT NEWS-HERALD, 12 May 1932 from microfilm in Clarksville Library: 'Mrs. J. T. Threadgill, 80, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Green Morgan at Rugby last week. She was a native of Tennessee and came to Texas in 1888 settling near Detroit. Her husband died seven years ago. She is survived by 4 daughters, 5 sons and 4 brothers. From Lamar County death records: burial for both in Highland Cemetery near Deport.' Double marker with John T. Threadgill. Masonic symbol on marker. Near Lillie A. Grant and Elijah Green Morgan. |
