THE PARIS NEWS, Friday, May 26, 2000, page 8: 'Booker T. Barry, 87, 1561-11th NW, died Tuesday, May 23, 2000, at Christus St. Joseph's Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Solid Rock Baptist Church with the Rev. A.R. Martin officiating. Maxey Funeral Home will make burial in Fairland-Littlejohn Cemetery. He was born in Petty, Nov. 7, 1912 and was retired from Missouri Pacific Railroad. Surviving are sons, Joe Barry of Paris and Ronald Barry of Fort Worth; daughters, Ethelda Batts of Houston, Connie Barry and Cheryl Barry of Paris; 23 grandchildren; and 45 great-grandchildren.
