| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Friday, January 14, 2000, page 8A: 'HUGO, Okla. - Willie Tarkington, 51, of Dallas, formerly of Hugo, died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2000. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, in Hugo Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Roylia Akins officiating. Rogan Funeral Home will make burial in Crosley Cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Lawanda; a son, Brent Tarkington of Lawton, Okla.; a daughter, Criss Tarkington of Lawton; his mother, Annis Brown of Oklahoma City; brothers, Eugene Nickenson of Houston and A. V. Tarkington Jr. of California; and four sisters, Patricia Time, Alesia Rainey and Linda Brown of Oklahoma City, and Meshell Nash of Sulphur Springs, Texas.' |
