THE PARIS NEWS, Wed., Sep. 4, 1998, p. 4B: 'Donald Bell, 55, 729 19th NW, died Saturday, Sep. 5, 1998, at his home. Services will he held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sep. at Maxey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. M. D. Liggins officiating. Burial will be in Fairland-Littlejohn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. He was born March 3, 1943, to John Allen and Alice Black Bell. He was employed at Walmart and was a member of New Hebron Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Alice; his mother, Alice Black Bell King; his stepfather, Willie C. King; sons, Michael Bell of Virginia, James, Don and Ron Bell, all of Paris; daughters, Temesha and Alicia Bell; a sister, Doris Betts of Dekalb; a grandmother, Mrs. Clifton Davis of Paris; and four grandchildren.'
