| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Friday, April 2, 1999, page 4B: 'Arthur Gene Bills, 63, 945 W. Garrett, died Wednesday, March 30, 1999, at Christus St. Joseph's Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 3, at Maxey Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Rondie Williams officiating. Burial will be in Fair-land/Littlejohn Cemetery. He was born March 21, 1936, in Lamar County to Blake and Mable Moore Bills. He was a former employee of Remmington Park Race Track in Oklahoma City. Surviving are sons, Gary L. Bills and Brian E. Bills, both of Dallas; grandchildren; LaQuita Bills, LaTrina Bills, Byron Bills and Gary Bills Jr., all of Dallas; and a nephew, Delon Bills of Paris.'
