THE LAMAR COUNTY ECHO, 12 Mar 1981. 'Mrs. Jim Tracy, 75, of San Juan, Texas, formerly of Paris, was killed 5 Mar 1981 in an automobile accident. Burial was in San Juan, Texas. Emily Jenkins Tracy was born in Paris on 18 Apr 1905, daughter of Edwin Jenkins and Mary Ellen Jenkins. She attended Graham School and graduated from Paris High School in 1923. She married Jim Tracy on 24 Dec 1927, and they lived in Paris until 1941. She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. William Patterson of Houston; three sons, Tom Tracy of Hileah, Florida, Ed Tracy of San Juan, Texas and Dick Tracy of Naples, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Moore and Mrs. Calvin Morgan of Paris and Mrs. Henry Goodman of Fort Worth; and five grandchildren.'
