| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Wed., Jan, 1, 1997, p.12A. 'Bobby Joe Upchurch, 53, 1725 Jackson St., died Monday, Dec. 30, 1996, at Cherry Street Manor. Bright-Holland Funeral Home will conduct graveside services at 11 am. Thursday, Jan. 2, at Manchester Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmy Ellis officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Upchurch was born June 5, 1943, in Paris, to Joe and Nancy M. Covington Upchurch. He was a retired federal purchasing agent and spent six years in the Alaska Air National Guard. Surviving are his parents who live in Paris; two brothers, Ken Upchurch of Bandera and Bill Upchurch of Eagle River, AK; and two sisters, Nancy Nelson of Saldontna, Alaska and Karen Higley of Homer, Alaska.' |
