| Notes THE PARIS NEWS, Mon., Mar. 11, 1996, p. 8A: "Mary Evelyn Umberson. 62, 625 Bonham St., died at 7 p.m. Friday, March 8, 1996, at her home. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Ms. Umberson was born May 31, 1933, in the Ambia community, a daughter of Roy and Eva Moore Umberson. She was a graduate of West Lamar High School and attended the University of Texas. She was a former school teacher and university professor. Surviving is a sister, Myrna Sharpe of Iowa Park." |
