| Notes THE LAMAR COUNTY ECHO, 28 May 1981. 'Funeral services for Buster Brown Burrow of Roxton were held Wednesday, 27 May in Steele and Thomas Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Presley Eddins officiating. Burial was in Restland Cemetery in Roxton. Mr. Burrow died Monday, 25 May at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. Born 29 May 1910 in Delta County, Mr. Burrow was a son of Charlie and Belle Lee Burrow. He married Mahala Neighbors on 24 Dec 1931 in Pairs. He was a retired farmer and member of the Church of Christ in Roxton. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Kenneth Burrow of Mesquite and R.R. (Budy) Burrow of Wills Point; two brothers, Jim Burrow of Cooper and Dock Burrow of Clarksville; eight sisters, Bessie Lewis of Paris, Minnie Harris of Bogata, Maggie Sale of Merritt and Flora McClanahan, Viola Pace, Jennie Burrow, Odessa Pannell and Reba Burrow, all of Clarksville; and five grandchildren.' |
