THE PARIS NEWS Wed., Apr. 29, 1992, p.4A. '... 81, of the Reno community, died 1 p.m. Wed., Apr. 29, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Services, 2 p.m. Thu., Apr. 30, at Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Fortenberry. Born in Roxton, son of Roy and Ode Hatcher Brown, he attended Paris schools and graduated from Paris High School. Worked for Texas Highway Dept. from 1950-1975. Member of the T.P.A. and a rancher. Married Clarice Young Jul. 7, 1935. Surviving are his wife; a dau. and son-in-law, Carlene and Bob Cope of Waxahachie; 2 grandsons, Ronald Cope of Arlington and Phillip Cope and wife, Lisa, of New York City; 1 sister, Merle Warren of Houston and a brother, Thomas Anderson of Paris.'
