THE PARIS NEWS, December 1979: "Mrs. Susie Igo Blair, 83, of 660 Pine Bluff, died Friday, December 14, in a local hospital. Funeral service were held Monday morning in Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Regan officiating. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery. Susie Igo Blair was born in Bogata on April 3, 1896, daughter of Milton L. Igo and Leota McCain Igo. She was a saleslady for Caddel's, Perkins and Spangler's before retiring about 20 years ago. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and its New Era Sunday School Class and the Untied Methodist Women. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Naioth Bible Club and Twentieth Century Study Club. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. C. W. Lawrence of Cooper, Mrs. Claude E. Morgan of Paris and Mrs. Rex E. Shelton of Pottsboro; two sisters, Mrs. A. M. DeBerry of Austin and Mrs. Gilbert L. Reeves of Tyler, six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Two sons preceded her in death, Andrew Warren Blair, Jr., in 1923 and Robert McCain Blair, in 1959. Pallbearers were Dr. Clade E. Morgan, Jr., Delbert Horton, Billy Poteet, Ted Alley, Larry Trapp and Charles McClure."
THE PARIS NEWS, 18 Dec 1979: "Funeral services for Mrs. Susie Igo Blair of 660 Pine Bluff were held at 10 a.m. Monday in Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Regan and the Rev. Ray Starnes officiating. Interment followed in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Blair died Friday evening at St. Joseph's Hospital." On the same stone with Robert M. Blair. Buried next to Joe Jefferson Cox.
