The funeral will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Fry and Gibbs chapel, other details being incomplete. Surviving are Mrs. Billingsley, the former Miss Allie Mae White; his mother, Mrs. B. L. Billingsley, Sr., Paris; one son, John Richard Billingsley, student at Austin Presbyterian Seminary, and these brothers and sisters: Roland Billingsley, New Orleans; B. L.
