Notes

From materials donated to the genealogical library in 1995 by Thelma Jean Day: 'Norman E. Barry, six-month-old son of Booker T. and Zelma Barry, Negro residents of 1561-11th NW, died Sunday about 10:30 p.m. in a Paris hospital. Ferguson Funeral Home is arranging burial. Survivors besides the parents include these sisters and brothers, Faye, Anne, Connie, Joel and Ronald Barry; and a grandmother, Mrs. Ione Barry of Petty; and a great-grandmother.'

Same source as above: ...services set for Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at Ferguson Funeral Home. The Rev. N.E. Kerry of Solid Rock Baptist Church had charge, burial being arranged in Fairland Cemetery.'

In 1994 this was an unmarked grave.
