THE PARIS NEWS, Sun., Nov. 12, 1995, p.9A. 'Alice Louise Barta, 80, of Deport Nursing Home and formerly of Paris, died at 8:14 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, 1995, in McCuistion Regional Medical Center. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, in the Fry & Gibbs Chapel with burial in Lanes Chapel Cemetery in Red River County. The Rev. Lane Park will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4-5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12, at the funeral home. Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Mrs. Barta was born July 30, 1915 to Thomas Lee and Fronie Ethel Walker Martin near Bogata. She married Hester Hines Nov. 7, 1933. He died in 1961. She worked many years in the laundry business in and around Paris. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Mrs. Barta is survived by four sons, Cloyce Hines, Marion Hines and George Hines, all of Paris, and Floyde Hines of Dallas; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Sammy Murray, Bill Hines, Ricky Hines, Jimmy Marion, Bobby Reeves, Glenn Hines, Willie Hines and Tommy Murray.'
